Giving Life Ministries is an independent, non-denominational Christian Church located in Henderson, Nevada. We have been here at this location since our founding in 1977. Originally, we were a part of the Church of God of Prophecy, which was established in the Henderson area in the mid 1950's. In 1988, we became Giving Life Ministries. Pastor Dave Delaria, our senior pastor was appointed to Henderson in 1977 and has been the Senior Pastor ever since.
Our Ministry
Giving Life Ministries is an independent, non-denominational, Christian Church that believes in God the Father, Jesus Christ His only begotten Son, and the Holy Spirit as the third person of the Trinity.
What We Believe
- We believe that Jesus came to earth to give His life for us on the Cross that our sins might be forgiven, and forgiveness is obtained by belief in your heart and confession with your mouth. (Romans 10:9, 10).
- We believe that after repentance you should be baptized in water.
- We believe the Gifts of the Spirit and the Fruit of the Spirit is evidence of a Christ-like life.
- We also believe in the Second Coming of Jesus to take us to be with Him and that is very soon.
Our Commitment To You
Love is commitment and operates independently of what we feel or do not feel. We need to extend this love to everyone that comes into our church. We want you to know, that we are committed to you. You'll never knowingly suffer at our hands. We will never say or do anything, knowingly, to hurt you. We will always, in every circumstance, seek to help you and support you. If you're down and we can lift you up, we will do that.
Anything we have that you need, we will share it with you, and if need be, we will give it to you. No matter what we find out about you and no matter what happens, now or in the future, either good or bad, our commitment to you will never change. There is nothing you can do about it. You don't have to respond. We love you and that is what it means.
